    • First proof of concept: one ontology, one context contract, two execution stacks (open stack and a commercial platform)

  4. Later

    • Community growth with contributors from multiple independent organisations

  5. Goal

    • Proposal to transfer the specification and code to an international open-source home. Intended: the Linux Foundation's Agentic AI Foundation (home of MCP); alternatives remain open.
